Safety is a top priority for Kirsch Construction (2008) Ltd. We pride ourselves on our comprehensive safety program. KCL holds a Certificate of Recognition Safety Certification (COR) from the Heavy Construction Safety Association of Saskatchewan, awarded for excellence in safety programs. KCL makes improvements to its safety program and safety manual on an ongoing basis. Employees are put through various types of safety training throughout their employment. KCL also holds an annual employee ‘re-orientation’ to re-establish the importance of policies and procedures of the company safety program.
