Kirsch Construction (2008) Ltd. holds a Certificate of Recognition Safety certification (COR) from the Heavy Construction Safety Association of Saskatchewan. The company makes improvements to its safety program and safety manual on an ongoing basis. Employees are put through various types of safety training throughout their employment. Kirsch Construction also holds an annual employee ‘re-orientation’ to re-establish the importance and policies and procedures of the company safety program.
